Requirements:
Photoshop CS and above for the brushes. A program that reads .png files for the rest.


Instructions:
Unzip the .abr file to your Presets\Brushes folder.
This folder is under your primary Photoshop folder, where you have the program installed. 
(Example: C:\Program Files\Photoshop\Presets\Brushes)
Inside Photoshop, load the brushes from the Brushes panel or the Preset Manager.

Use the .pngs as you wish =)
