Included in this set: - 18 wooden flooring presets in various woods - 25 marble flooring presets in various shades - 6 utility files -------------------------------------- System Requirements/Files: PC ONLY Daz Studio 2.2+ 'Elite' Human Surface Shaders from Daz -------------------------------------- Installation Instructions: Extract the zip-archive with your zip program: - there are now a great many commercial and free archive/extraction programs on the market, so please refer to that application's user manual in case of trouble. The main 'content' folder, containing the 'Runtime' and 'Shader Presets' folders should be extracted to your default Daz Studio program folder, usually "C:\Program Files\DAZ\Studio\". You can then find the presets themselves in your 'Studio' folder, under Shader Presets\Calida\Floors. -------------------------------------- Usage Tips or Limitations: **These shader presets require that you already have the 'Human Surface Shader' from Daz already installed in Studio. They add features that are necessary for the shaders to display correctly.** To apply to a material, first you must select the object which the material belongs to in the 'scene' tab/pane. Then in the 'Surface' tab/pane select the materials on the object that you want the shader on, then double click on the shader in your contents tab/pane to apply it. You may in some instances find the tile settings lower/higher than you would like. To make the size of the textures appear larger, simply reduce the U and V tiling under the surfaces tab a little. For smaller areas, you may want to increase the tiling value to shrink the texture. We have also included six utility files to alter the polish (reflection) and board definition (displacement) on the surfaces.
