Military Environment Creator Set 2 model for Poser 4 and above and Vue Copyright Ownership belongs to RPublishing. This product was originally acquired through VanishingPoint. Directions: Extract the files into the specified folders: Put the obj file into Runtime\Geometries\VP\MilEnv2 Put the cr2/rsr/png (figure files) into Runtime\Libraries\Character\VP Put the pp2/rsr/png (prop files) into Runtime\Libraries\Props\VP_Military Environment 2 Put the jpg files (textures) into Runtime\Textures\VP\MilitaryEnvironment2 Put the PZ3 files into Runtime\PZ3 Notes: 1) Poser 4 users do not need to extract the png files and Poser Pro Pack and Poser 5 users do not need to extract the rsr files. 2) If there is no template for a material (such as "White"), then that material uses a solid color. 3) This has been created in Poser 6, and Poser 4 users will need to re-assign bump maps, and the glass and water use ray trace reflection and refraction, so Poser 4 users will need to set transparency on those textures. Using the figures: 1) The file includes a figure and 36 props. 2) The figure can be used as a base, and detail can be added by adding more props onto the base. 3) The controls for movement are on each individual object, or body part, of the figure. 4) Poser 4 users will need to convert the .jpg's to .bum files. Notes: A: The Military Environment figure. 1) Load this figure as a base. To use the damaged front walls, floor or roof section, you will need to make those body parts invisible. This has already been set up in the MilEnv2Single PZ3. 2) The doors, ceiling trap doors and shutters can be opened. 3) The figure is "light" on polygons and textures, and you can use multiple copies in a scene. Facing each other, and side by side has been set up in the MilEnv2SideSide and MilEnv2Facing PZ3's. They can also be arranged back to back for a complete building. 4) To work in or render scenes inside the building, you can make the back or front wall invisible. B: The Props 1) All the props link to external geometry, so that they can be used in other 3D programs, and loading multiple props into a scene does not use up excessive resources, as they reference object files, instead of having the geometry embedded in the prop file. 2) Some props will not load in the centre of the scene, but at the correct position for where they will be placed, like the roof, frontwalls, floor, etc. They will load in lightly higher than they should, and dropping them by -1.613 on the y-trans dial should line them up perfectly.
