This is NOT an update. This is NOT the same obj file, cr2 file or material files. This Hair has been reworked in those parts that the designer evolution noted that some changes were opportune. The OBJ file has some changes in comparisson to the old ones, the mesh is basically the same but some small details were needed to add in order to allow the perfect morphing for Aiko4 and Girl4. The morphs have been redone, some of them were changed, others are completely new and add more versatility to the hair figure. Since now, all the morphs come loaded by default, including the A4 and G4 FBMs. There are sorted a group of files to remove or reinject the A4 and G4 morphs if required. The Shaping styles are more than before. The colors are all new and all them are done with individual jpg files. The Transmap was modified to fit a better rendering according the new rendering standards. The existing morphs done for the OLD DejaVu that was sold in versions for A3, V3 won´t work with this new obj file. The existing morphs done for the OLD version for JUST V4 BASE as part of a Hair Bundle won´t work neither in this new obj file. The OLD V4 BASE version was sold at 3dcommune and is not longer available so this new set is the ACTUAL and ULTIMATE. The existing textures done for ANY of the OLD versions YES WILL WORK PERFECTLY BECAUSE THE UVS ARE THE SAME. The existing poses or style poses done for ANY of the OLD versions could work but is not given support for the use of those old files in this new set. /////////////////////////// IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT THIS HAIR PRODUCT AND THE OWNERS OF THE OLD V4 VERSION /////////////////////////// Is not possible to offer a free update for those people because all in this hair is new: the obj, the cr2, the poses, the materials and the textures. For that reason, is offered so big number of files and updated elements in this set, giving the customers the best quality and a large amount of options and variations. /////////////////////////// Installation and Notes: Unzip all the files in your Poser Folder, leaving marked the "Use folder names" option, all will be placed in the correct places. //////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////// //////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////// //////////////////////////////////// ABOUT THE DEJAVU HAIR //////////////////////////////////// Dčja Vu hair is a conforming figure. Will follow the Head movements but NOT the neck movements. HaS several body parts, and some of them are hidden. A big number of the existing morphs are not exactly morphs, it means, are morph channels that use the normal rotations and scaling of the hidden body parts. You don´t need to do nothing except play with the hair... This system allow to have a BIG number of transformation options working with a very detailed and exquisite mesh without enormous cr2 files. The Big Tail is the "Head" part, and the Skull Cap is the "Base" part. Each strand is a seperated body part that you can hide if you need. In some cases, depending the pose, or only for your taste, will be better to have the hair absolutely free of conforming, and only make it following the head movement. With this figure, you NEVER DISABLE THE HEAD BENDING PROPERTY, because if you do it, a big number of the morphs will not work. But...how to make the hair free? Easy. Go to the Figure menu, select "Conform to" and choose "none". It means, un-conform the figure. Now will see that the hair will go to any place, if your girl is posed. No problem, go again to the Figure menu, select "Set figure parent" and choose Figure 1- Head part. The hair will return exactly to the head position, and you have now the complete freedom. If you change your mind or choose another pose, you can again conform it to the girl. Some of the Styles that pull the hair to the front, or over the chest, could need some tweaking depending the girl's pose.
