All clothing items will automatically follow the morphs of the Victora 4 figure (please see the included morphs list).  Make certain to have the V4 body chosen prior to loading each of the clothing items. 

Make sure to "magnetize" the jacket and also the boots, in order to get the best fit and avoid poke-thrus.  You can do this by choosing the clothing item, go to Pose > Daz's Victora 4 > Magnetize Clothing, then apply the "!Magnetize to V4" to each item for a perfect fit in any pose.

The Jacket tails have handles that will aid in posing and movement in just about any situation.  The handles will not render, but you can also turn them off in preview with the mat pose included to do so.  

Use the "foot pose" on V4 in order to avoid poke-thru on the boots, and also to pose the foot and toes in the proper bend angle for the boots.
