All files will be placed as shown below from the Filelist. Be sure to check the "Use folder names" option when unzipping and point Winzip to your Poser directory. The poses, expressions, cameras and light sets can be moved to another folder in the corresponding library but the textures must stay where they are, otherwise the light sets will not work as expected. -------------------------------------- Usage Tips or Limitations: This package is made for Poser 6, 7, Pro and 8. Although the poses, clothes and props will work in Poser 5 the lights will act different and the materials may not work as desired. Be sure you have the latest version of Poser. The light sets will not work in DAZ Studio as DS uses a different kind of IBL lighting, the materials may need some tweaking as well. Getting started: Load V4, uncheck Inverse kinematics and load the Sleigh (from the Figures-folder). In the Pose folder you'll find a set of 20 poses: 10 Poses for Victoria and 10 poses to move and rotate the sleigh into the right position. The poses are created to give results as shown in the promos by using the maincam with small adjustments to fit the pose. Other camera views will give other results to Your renders. It was the intention to create dynamic and fun set of sprot-poses for Victoria with bending the figure to her limits and sometimes above the limits. So some break-throughs can be shown by using extreme poses because of the peculiarity of the figure. These poses have been designed as realistically as possible, and will therefore test your models to the limits, and so minor post work correction may be needed on some joints. However, the poses have been carefully designed to minimize this. As this is a set of wintersport poses you may want to dress up V4 for your scenes. As some poses are rather "stressful" for the clothes you use you should magnetize them to get a smoother result. The poses are NO MERCHANT RESOURCES! In the lights folder you find 6 HDR lights and 12 IBL light settings. We recommend PoserPro to use the HDR lights, but they will work in Poser 7 and 8 as well. If you find that your scene looks overexposed in P7 or P8 you have to change the diffuse color of every material in the scene to a neutral gray (RGB 254-254-254). The IBL lights will work without tweaks in all supported Poser versions (Poser 6 and higher). A hint for all users of Poser 8: Since SR1 you are able to adjust the shadow sampling of raytraced shadows. So if you find your raytraced shadows looking brittle and kind of "dirty" you are able to increase the shadow sampling above the standard value of 19 to achieve smoother results. Important: We recommend to delete all lights from the scene before you add a (new) lightset. You can do so by using the "Delete Lights" option you find beside the lights. Please note that the script that will be called by it may not work in all versions of Poser. If you get and error message you can still delete all lights by calling the script "Delete all lights" from your Script Menue or Python window.
