For Poser:

Simply copy the Runtime-Folder to your Poser install directory or any other runtime-directory that is used by poser. 
Open Poser, go to the "props" category and locate the "Flinks Water" folder.
Load the "Flinks Lake" object and use the morph targets to change the scape of the water surface.
Go into the material room, open the "material" category and locate the "Flinks Water" folder, to change the material of the water surface.
