For Poser:

Simply copy the Runtime-Folder to your Poser install directory or any other runtime-directory that is used by poser. 
Open Poser, go to the "props" category and locate the "FlinksSkyStars" folder.
Load the "FlinksSkyStars" object.
Go into the material room, open the "material" category and locate the "FlinksSkyStars" folder, to change the sky material.
Rotate the object at 360 degrees(y axis) for different sky views in the scene.
If necessary rotate or change the size and position of the object to fit it into the scene.

For 3D-applications with OBJ-import:

Start your application and import FlinksSkyStars.obj
increase the size of the object until it covers the whole scene
disable shadows for the sky object and increase ambient. Make sure that the FlinksSkyStars.obj is not influenced by light source.
