Divine Damask Set 02 Seamless Tiling Brushes & png files Copyright ©Roberta Dugan/fractalartist01 July 2011 --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- --This designer resource package gives you: *80 hard-to-find Damask-motif brushes* and *40 accent or fill-in brushes/pngs* that coordinate with the 80 main images. All were created (and tested) in Photoshop 7.0 (and above) for you to create your own Damask jewelry designs or seamless tiling patterns, textures or overlays for clothing, backgrounds, home furnishings, etc. --An IMPORTANT note about the brush sizes in this set: You might wonder why the brushes are all 600pixels and under. I tested each of the 80 main images to make sure that each one could be seamlessly tiled if used on 600 pixel x 600 pixel background or transparency. After the first 80 brushes/png files-are the 40 even smaller 'accessory' images. They are to be used as accents or fill-ins for places in your seamless tiles that you would like to give a fuller look to. 600pixels is a medium sized image what can be easily placed in larger backgrounds which can be divided by 600: 1200, 1800, 2400, 3600. All you need is your ruler or guide too in your graphics application. --This set has both solid damask designs and some images which are outlined and can be filled in-or left as is, if you like. --Comes with a corresponding set set of PNG files as an alternative to the brushes, for those of you who design using other graphics editing programs like PSP or Photo Impact, etc. --All images were created at high-resolution: 200-300dpi which makes them both web and print friendly. --Divine Damask Set #2 includes two different tutorials (which can also be reviewed as part of the product preview set online) so that all of you can best utilize this package to benefit your own design ideas! I don't profess to be a skilled tutorial writer so, please forgive me on that score. But I did want to try and make it easy for you to understand how to utilize these images in the manner for which they were primarily designed. --The product preview pages contain several design ideas/inspiration examples intended for you to look over, if you would please click on the thumbnails. --In your purchase package you will receive your own copies of these step by step tutorials to refer to. As you can see, they both illustrate exactly how to create seamless textures or overlays of just about any size-but one shows how to use just one image while the other is more detailed and uses a main image with an accent image added to it. They are not to be reproduced and given away or sold. They are not to be claimed as created by you. --This is part of a designer resource package/series of tools called "Design Your Own." It's dedicated to helping you save a little time and add variety, while still being able to create beautiful graphics, background papers, character clothing and scrapbook layouts! Please don't give away or sell the images in their original form. ______________________________________________________________________ This product was created for PC. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Files/Programs needed but not supplied in this archive: -Adobe Photoshop 7 or Above (for the .abr file) The current version of Adobe Photoshop can be found here: http://www.adobe.com/products/photoshop.html NOTE: The .abr Brushes have been tested in Photoshop 7, CS and CS2 only *PNG files should work in any image editing application* ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Installing Brushes in Adobe Photoshop 7 & Above Instructions: Unzip the zipped archive file of pngs and extract images to a folder of your choice...
