Any Program that can open.jpg files
photoshop CS3 or later for the patterns.

Installation Instructions:

Unzip contents to location of your choice.

Using the patterns.

In photoshops preset manager, chose load and then browse to the location where you unzipped the patterns.

OR Move the .PAT file to your Photoshop Patterns folder.
