One year later was purchased by wealthy adventurer Jonathan Shepahard for his intended exploration travels. Airship was then converted for hydrogene which was much easies to come by and even to produce elsewhere on travels. Unlike other rigid airships and zeppelins AirWhale class airship had framework built outside the hull so more inner space remain for gas compartments. AW - 05 was largely refurbished for one-man maintenance and operation and for that purpose was equiped by various service walkways so all engine nacelles was accessible even during the flight. Airship was further equiped with pair of acnhor so it can safely land even in wilderness without any help from ground staff. For landing at airfields she was equiped with pair of mooring cables. Inside airship was small engineering section with machinery for distribution of fuel blaugas or even for poduction of hydrogene in the field conditions. You will find the items in Camera, Light, Poses and Props folders named Airship Hull. Geometries, Textures and Reflection Maps are stored in respective folders. -------------------------------------- Usage Tips or Limitations: Model of Airship Hull is made as "Poser Playset" - multipart, variable and modular design concept where the final model is made of several independent parts - props alowing variable and creative approach for users. Unlike Construction Kits you can make less whole different models from the parts, but you can make more variants of the basic model, alternate the look and disposition of individual parts and props. Model of Airship Hull is designed as expansion pack for my previous product - Airship Cabin adding the rest of Airship to highly detailed model of main gondola exterior and interior. But you can use this product - Airship Hull even without owning Airship Cabin product. For that standalone use, low resolution "dummy cabin" is included. If you own both products, you can still use dummy cabin for distants shot to lower final polygon count of the scene. Model of Airship Hull consists of several independent parts forms the logical structure of actual airship. So there is framework made of bulkheads and girders, inner walkways, gas compartments, engine nacelles and so on. You will gain basic knowledge how airship were constructed, although all inner parts are considerably simplified. But you may use this feature for building various fantastic airship designs with partialy removed hull plating, adding more engine nacelles, gondolas and so on. And vice versa, you can delete inner parts if not needed or not visible, to save resources during render. There are almost no limitation. Many of parts are movable. Moving of parts are constructed via defined joints between smart parented props. The dials for moving the parts are named, so you will know how to operate it. But you can also remove the moving part at all. Model comes with many camera presets designed mostly to give you complex knowledge about the model topography. For final renders you may want to narrow used camera focuses. Model is scaled to poser people, so you can instantly use it for rendering pictures or animation with most popular poser people figures. You will find two included light presets one for sunset time of day and the second for nocturnos. Model is completely UV mapped. For certain parts of models are provided texture templates, other material zones are textured procedural maps or by tiled textures and templates are not aplicable. Tiled textures and procedural materials may need adjustment in DAZ studio, Carrara or or other 3d applications. All poser props have extracted geometry to obj. mesh files which you can use for importing to other modeling or rendering application.
