You will find the items in Pose and Props folders named Steam Revenant. Geometries, Textures and Reflection Maps are stored in respective folders. -------------------------------------- Usage Tips or Limitations: Model is designed as addon for Micheal 4īs Skeleton by Daz. Alternatively you can use it with Michael 4 basic or morphed figure or with some adjustments to any any other rigged skeleton or human figure. It has been made as serie of smart parented props, which gives it more flexible use than confoming figure approach. You can use either preloaded full set of props and get full Steam Revenant as its shown at renderosity market place, or you can choose mode creative approach and use only those parts you will need and in way you will want them. More of that later. For the basic use or for the initial acquaintance with model feature, load M4 skeleton figure into you scene. Now apply desired texture for the sleketon (either dirty, or white) and than apply transparency map for the skull - "!! SkelSkullT.jpg" which is included in Steam Revenantīs texture folder. You need to open material room in poser and load this texture to "transparency" channel. If done correctly, you will see part of the cranium skull to disappear. Now you can load Steam Revenant prop collection. All props will load and parent to either skeletonīs body parts (mostly not to individual bones but to standard poser human figureīs bodypart (like head, eyes, neck, chest, collars, shoulders, forearms, hands, thighs, shins, feet and toes). Several props are parented to their own prop parent or to individual vertebraes. Model comes with crude weapon gauntlets for wielding melee weapons - in that case hide skeleton handīs bones with provided mat pose. Then load either shaft prop to either right or left hand or shield prop. Once shaft prop is loaded, you can load any desired weapon tip (axe, hammer, mace or sword) to that shaft. Each weapon, shaft and shield are available to either right and left hand. If you want use revenant for other purposes you may use original skeletonīs hands - so either delete or hide gauntlet props (hand_r and hand_l) and do not hide (or re-show) skeleton hands with provided mat poses. For posing you may use one of five provided poses - two for two weapons configuration, two for shield weapon - configuiration and one for weaponless walk or any of M4 or M4īs Skeleton commercial poses. For some radical bending you may need to adjust some of limb props so the joint will fit into socket if are moved aside by the pose. Since revenant is made of props you can reposition any limb prop simply by dragging it or by turning positioning dials. In ideal case, the skeleton bone need run through the middle of armature prop. Body armor prop is made as optional part and revenant can normaly function without it. For the armor is availbale five markings and one plain metal texture. If you aiming for more creative use of this product, load Steam Revenant prop collection as normal and then resave any individual props or collection into any folder for future use. You may resave individual limb parts or head props like eyes, earch, voice processor, electronic brain unit and so on. You can combine these props with either skeleton or human figures, with clothing items, weapons, guns and so on. your possibilities are almost limitless. Some of examples of such creative use, you can see on promo pictures. Model is completely UV mapped. For certain parts of models are provided texture templates, other material zones are textured by procedural materials or by tiled textures and templates are not aplicable for them. Tiled textures and procedural materials may need adjustments in DAZ studio, Carrara or or other 3d applications. All poser props have extracted geometry to obj. mesh files which you can use for importing to other modeling or rendering application.
