extract the zip ( FPGame-Dancing Poses.zip ) to your Poser folder ( C:\Program Files\e frontier\Poser 6/7/8 )

DAZStudio: 

extract the zip ( FPGame-Dancing Poses.zip) to your DazStudio content folder ( C:\Program Files\DAZ\Studio\content )
