(unless of course for texturing clothing or other items where the image/brush is on a UV Template)

You may use the brushes and signs to make papers, backgrounds, clothing, etc for sale as long as they aren't the main focus of your final product.

You MAY use them in your new artworks and make prints, or print on demand items
