From a structural point of view it is actually an inland ship on the large wheeled chassis. The main source of energy is nuclear reactor located in the reactor hall which is part of engineering. The heat produced in the reactor then poweres pair of steam turbines. Backup source of energy are batteries that can be recharged of dynamos driven by the turbines. The battery power lasts a vehicle for driving a few miles. In case of emergency reactor core can be fired high into the air where it can explode at a safe altitude. Vezdchod includes accommodation and social facilities for the twenty person crew and an equally large team of researchers or passengers. The vehicle is controlled according the mission, either from the bridge, like a ship or from two suspended cabs as the vehicle. In the first case lookout patrols are placed into cabs to monitor the area in front of the wheels. Very often both management systems continuously rotated. In the rear of the vehicle is a large platform lift, which can be used for unloading the cargo form bilge hangars. Smaller vehicles stored in hangars can also drive out via elevator platform. In the highest position elevator platform may serve as a secondary heliport, so that, if necessary, up to two helicopters may land on vezdechod simultaneously. You will find the items in Camera, Character, Light, Pose and Props folders named Vezdechod. Geometries, Textures and Reflection Maps are stored in respective folders. -------------------------------------- Usage Tips or Limitations: vehicle model consists of two poser figures, the first is chassis with main deck, wheel suspensions, wheels and the elevator platform. Moving parts like wheels, elevator or hangar hatches are controlled either by individual dials or by remote control ERC, which is located in the body. Not needed dials are all hidden. In addition to bodyparts there are four smart props representing cargo containers. These may, if necessary, be deleted, hidden or otherwise used in various different ways. The second figure represents the deck superstructure, including the bridge, engineering with reactor chamber and reactor itself and two reflector towers with suspended driver's cab. Also, there are moving parts controlled by either ERC or separately. Searchlights on the towers can be further complemented by light cones smart props with additional morphs for length and width of the cone. Additional lights can be loaded into whole vezdechod vehicle as prop collection where all props parent to their respective parent bodyparts. These light props have high ambient setting so the light glares will glow in low light setting. You can choose between two texture variants - soviet vezdechod example named after russian scientist and lead soviet rocket engineer and spacecraft designer a manufacturer Sergei Pavlovich Korolev, while the U.S. variant reperesents one of vehicles that came to the U.S. as a part of international aid. This particular vehicle is named after american politician, scientist, musician, inventor, activist, and statesman Benjamin Franklin. In addition, there are 20 main camera presets and one IBL light promotional preset. Model is completely UV mapped. The only non mapped objects are light cones made for large scale morphing. For certain parts of models are provided texture templates, other material zones are textured by procedural materials or by tiled textures and templates are not applicable for them. Tiled textures and procedural materials may need adjustments in DAZ studio, Carrara or other 3d applications. All poser props have extracted geometry to obj. mesh files which you can use for importing to other modeling or rendering application.
